Gift Certificates
Shopping Sprees at Just Driftin’ are now available. Starting at $20.00 and up. We will customize your gift certificate to say what you like. By E-mail, we will have you proof-read the certificate before printing and sending to your special friend, family member, business associate or for the person or pet who has it all.
All certificates are numbered and logged at the time of payment. There is a $4.00 charge for design, printing and mailing the certificate.

Terms and Conditions
Payment- We accept Visa, Discover, MasterCard, American Express, Money Order, Cashier’s Checks and Personal Checks (with approval). There are no C.O.D.’s All shipping and handling charges are paid by the customer unless otherwise stated. When paying by check or money order, your order will be held until your check has cleared. Insurance can be added on all orders if the customer requests, at the customers cost. Sales tax in our area of Tennessee is 9.75%, at this time. We must have a copy of your Resale Tax Certificate on file for your order to tax exempt. International orders subject to customs duties on receipt according to local laws.

Delivery Time
Please allow 2-4 weeks on regular stocked items, 4-6 weeks on custom orders, subject to availability. Our experienced brokers for freight, truck, ocean, air and rail provide us with reputable shipping lines giving us the safest means of delivery with the best competitive rates available

Return and Refund Policy
All of our products are one of a kind, made just for you and your pet. No Returns will be accepted other than items damaged in shipping. Damaged items must be reported within 48 hours of receiving delivery. All returns must be approved by Just Driftin’, Inc. Damaged items will be picked up by the carrier within 21 day of receipt. Returns must include our original billing invoice. We will replace the item or refund your credit card for the full value of the item, less shipping and handling charges. All items plus shipping and handling charges are not refundable if the claim is not reported within the time frame allowed.

Handling Fee
Just Driftin’ products are packed carefully and securely in double walled, custom sized boxes. The items manufactured by Just Driftin’ are individual pieces, each one of a kind. The size is approximate within inches. Each piece requires thought and configuration in packing so it arrives safely to our customers around the world.
